A gimbal (200) and unmanned aerial vehicle control method, a gimbal (200), and an unmanned aerial vehicle. The gimbal control method comprises: obtain the attitude of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the attitude of the gimbal (200) at the current moment; predict a flight speed of the unmanned aerial vehicle; control the rotation of the gimbal (200) according to the obtained attitude of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the attitude of the gimbal (200) at the current moment, and the predicted flight speed of the unmanned aerial vehicle, so that the gimbal (200) is located within a specific angle range with respect to an angle of the unmanned aerial vehicle; in the specific angle range, an image proportion of a propeller assembly (400) of the unmanned aerial vehicle which appears in a photographing image of a photographing device (300) on the gimbal (200) is lower than the preset proportion threshold. By using the method, the gimbal (200) can be controlled to be in the specific angle range with respect to an angle of a body, thereby ensuring that the image proportion of the propeller assembly (400) in the photographing image is small or the propeller assembly (400) does not exist in the photographing image, and ensuring that the photographing image is available; and when the unmanned aerial vehicle hovers or the flight speed is slow, the stability of the photographing image can be ensured.
