Provided is a capacity control valve that is particularly suited for use in a clutch-equipped swash-plate-type variable capacity compressor. A capacity control valve 200 that includes: a valve internal supply passage 250 that has a narrowed part (a valve hole 220) and forms a part of a supply passage that is for supplying refrigerant that is inside a discharge chamber 120 to a control pressure chamber 105; a valve internal discharge passage 260 that forms a part of a discharge passage that is for discharging refrigerant that is inside the control pressure chamber 105 to an intake chamber 119; a solenoid part 270; a connection member 224 that, when the pressure of the intake chamber 119 is above a set pressure that corresponds to the energization of the solenoid part 270, increases the degree to which the valve internal discharge passage 260 is open and, when the pressure of the intake chamber 119 is below the set pressure, decreases the degree to which the valve internal discharge passage 260 is open; and a valve body 222 that is urged in the direction of closing the valve internal supply passage 250 but, when the connection member 224 has closed the valve internal discharge passage 260, is pressed thereby and thereby opens the valve internal supply passage 250.
