One embodiment of the present invention provides: a sensor for recognizing a hand gesture, comprising: at least one strain unit for measuring physical changes in the epidermis of the body; and at least one bump unit positioned in a measurement direction of the strain unit so as not to overlap with the strain unit, thereby amplifying the physical changes; and a sensor band using the same.
