Disclosed in the present application are an eCharts tool-based chart making method, apparatus and device, and a medium. The eCharts tool-based chart making method comprises: obtaining a chart configuration instruction, the chart configuration instruction comprising a current chart ID and/or a current chart name; based on the current chart ID and/or the current chart name, invoking an encapsulation module file formed based on an eCharts tool; obtaining an original chart, based on the encapsulation module file, and displaying the original chart in a chart configuration interface; obtaining a parameter modification instruction on the chart configuration interface; and modifying the original chart, based on the parameter modification instruction, so as to obtain a target chart. By means of the eCharts tool-based chart making method, the objective of visual editing can be achieved, a user can make a chart without changing codes, thereby improving the chart making efficiency, and improving user experience.
