A wideband low-phase-noise frequency synthesizer circuit and an electronic device. The frequency synthesizer circuit comprises: an oscillation circuit (10) outputting first and second oscillation frequencies; a feedback circuit (30) and a phase discriminator circuit (40), wherein the feedback circuit (30) feeds back the first and the second oscillation frequencies to the phase discriminator circuit (40), and the phase discriminator circuit (40) compares the first or the second oscillation frequency with a reference frequency, and outputs an adjustment signal when the frequencies do not coincide or a lock signal when the frequencies coincide; and a loop filter circuit (50) converting the adjustment signal into a voltage signal to be provided to the oscillation circuit (10) for adjusting the first or the second oscillation frequency, or converting a phase lock signal into a voltage signal to be provided to the oscillation circuit (10) for controlling the first or the second oscillation frequency to be outputted to a back-end circuit (20).
