A user equipment according to an aspect of the present disclosure is characterized by comprising: a transmission unit that transmits an uplink shared channel by applying a precoder; and a control unit that, when no sounding reference signal (SRS) resource is set, specifies the number of ports to be used for determing the precoder. According to an aspect of the present disclosure, even if no SRS resource is set, a precoder for an UL signal can be determined appropriately.
