Provided is a handle battery (1), comprising: a housing, wherein the housing has an upper end opening, a lower end opening, and an accommodating chamber located between the upper end opening and the lower end opening, the accommodating chamber accommodating a cell (16) used for supplying power to a gimbal (3); an upper cover (11), the upper cover (11) covering the upper end opening, and the upper cover (11) being formed with a mounting groove (113) for detachably connecting to the gimbal (3); the mounting groove (113) having an inlet (113a) for the gimbal (3) to enter, a first face opposite the inlet (113a), a first guide groove and a second guide groove located between the inlet (113a) and the first face and arranged opposite each other, and a bottom face (113e) located below the inlet (113a), the first face, the first guide groove and the second guide groove; and a power supply interface (114) supplying power to the gimbal being provided inside the mounting groove (113); and a lower cover (13), the lower cover (13) covering the lower end opening. The handle battery (1) can be detachably connected to the gimbal (3), whereby, when there is no power, the battery can be detached for charging, and a standby handle battery (1) is used to continue photography. A handle battery kit and a hand-held gimbal are further provided.
