METHOD OF SOLVING THE SEPARATION PROBLEM OF CONCRETE AND REINFORCED BAMBOO IN BAMBOO-REINFORCED CONCRETE BY USING WATERPROOF CONCRETE

The method is about how to use impervious concrete or concrete with very low water permeability together with bamboo in order to solve the problem of bamboo-reinforced normal concrete, which is not durable, by: 1. Identify the most suitable native bamboo species in Thailand for the use of reinforcement in waterproof concrete; 2. Indentify the method to solve the problem of separation of normal concrete and bamboo in bamboo reinforced concrete by using waterproof concrete; 3. Specify the formula of waterproof concrete by adding pulverized rice husk ash to lower the water permeability of concrete.
