Disclosed are a denoising method and apparatus for a video sequence, a server, and a storage medium. The method comprises: respectively extracting features of images in a video sequence to be denosied, and constructing a video sequence feature matrix (110); performing a sparsity constraint on the video sequence feature matrix to obtain a sparsity feature meeting a sparsity constraint condition (120); and splitting, according to the sparsity feature, the images in the video sequence to be denoised into background images and moving target images for denoising processing (130).
