The present invention relates to an engraved and embossed embossing mold roller having an interlocking structure, wherein, in order to solve a problem in that when an embossed pipe is manufactured using a pipe making machine for manufacturing a metal pipe, corrugated embossing patterns formed on an embossed metal plate may be deformed in the process of passing through a curved-male-and-female-interlocking-horizontal-roller and a circularization-interlocking-horizontal-and-vertical-roller of the pipe making machine, as a result of which the welding is impossible due to the inconsistency in the corrugated embossing patterns, a plane having a small width is formed in the lengthwise direction at each of both side edges of the embossed metal plate to be lower than the embossing pattern layer, so that a joint in the lengthwise direction of the embossed metal pipe can be welded, and a groove is formed in the welded joint, whereby an embossed metal plate which prevents a weld scar from being formed can be manufactured.
