When an active body is detected among captured objects in images captured by an image capture device mounted on a moving body, it is sometimes impossible to pre-designate movements of the active body. An active body detection device may comprise an obtaining portion, which obtains a plurality of images captured by the image capture device mounted on the moving body. The active body detection device may comprise a first designating portion, which designates the movement of a captured object on the basis of the plurality of images. The active body detection device may comprise a second designating portion, which designates the movement of the moving body. The active body detection device may comprise a detection portion, which detects an active body among captured objects in the plurality of images on the basis of the movement of the captured objects and the movement of the moving body.
