A tire positioning method, comprising: sequentially controlling one of L exciter groups to transmit a low-frequency signal within transmission cycles, L being an integer greater than 1; receiving a high-frequency signal fed back according to the low-frequency signal by N tire pressure sensors, N being an integer greater than 1; determining, according to the high-frequency signal, a correlation between one of the L exciter groups and M tire pressure sensors, M being an integer greater than 1; and after the number of transmission cycles reaches a pre-set threshold value, determining tires respectively corresponding to the N tire pressure sensors according to the correlation, determined in each transmission cycle, between the exciter group and the M tire pressure sensors. The tire positioning method is accurate and reliable in positioning. Also involved are a tire positioning apparatus, an electronic control unit, a tire pressure sensor, and a tire pressure monitoring system.
