Disclosed is a transcatheter interventional atrial septostomy device, comprising a catheter main body (110), and an inflatable balloon (120) sheathed and fixed at a distal end of the catheter main body (110), wherein the balloon (120) is provided with a stoma part (101) for passing through the atrial septum and radially inflating to expand the atrial septal tissue, and the stoma part (101) is provided with an electrode assembly (130), in electrical conduction with an ablation power supply, arranged at least in a circumferential circle on an outer surface of the balloon (120). With regard to the defects of existing atrial septostomy devices tending to cause tear and injury to the heart tissue, postoperative stoma retraction and embolization, the present invention provides a transcatheter interventional atrial septostomy device that can form a stoma that is controllable in terms of size, will not retract and will not cause tear and injury to the heart tissue.
