Provided are an aluminum plate material peeling device and an aluminum plate material peeling method, whereby: treatment processes and device configuration can be simplified; aluminum plate material can be easily and reliably peeled from a laminate, even when the aluminum plate material is thinned or flattened or the outer dimensions of the aluminum plate material have changed; environmental load is extremely small; and there is a high degree of freedom for the installation environment. The aluminum plate material peeling device (1) is configured such that at least one aluminum plate material can be peeled from an aluminum plate material laminate (100) having a plurality of aluminum plate materials (101, 101, …) pressure-annealed and adhered therein. This peeling device (1) is configured so as to be able to abut the outer circumferential surface (101a) of an aluminum plate material (101) and comprises: a vibration transmission unit (2) configured so as to be capable of applying vibration V along the lamination direction L of the laminate (100), to the aluminum plate material (101); and a vibrator (3) that generates vibration V and transmits the vibration V to the vibration transmission unit (2).
