The present invention relates to an atmosphere purification apparatus using a flying object, and an atmosphere purification and treatment method and, more specifically, to: an atmosphere purification apparatus using a flying object, the apparatus being formed so as to specify a polluted location and area of the atmosphere by using the flying object, which can stay or circle within a predetermined region, while the altitude thereof is controlled, and to enable pollutants scattered in the atmosphere to be removed; and an atmosphere purification and treatment method. To this end, the present invention comprises: the flying object in which gas, having a specific gravity lower than that of the air, is filled; and an air purifying part provided at one side of the flying object so as to remove the pollutants flowing therein, and thus the pollutants in the atmosphere having a height from the ground are removed.
