PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of constructing advertisement and notification media with an atmosphere purification which are installed outdoors through simple processes, and to remove nitrogen oxide by providing the advertisement and notification media.;SOLUTION: The construction method of constructing the advertisement and notification media with the atmosphere purification includes: printing on a surface of a printed material layer of a printed medium prepared by laminating a peel sheet, an adhesive layer, and a printed material layer having a (meth)acrylate (co)polymer on a surface; peeling the peel sheet at a construction site and bonding the adhesive layer to an outdoor structure to form a printed matter layer; spraying a coating liquid containing a reactive silane compound on a surface of the printed matter layer using a spray gun to form a protection layer of 1-10 μm; and spraying a coating liquid containing titanium oxide particles on a surface of the protection layer in a similar method to form a photocatalyst layer of 0.03-1 μm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
