According to the present invention, provided are a method for providing a beauty service using a mobile application and a system thereof. The system includes: a beauty service registration module allowing a beauty service company to upload service information by a category and registering the uploaded service information by using a mobile UI while storing the uploaded service information; a search module allowing a user to search for specific beauty service information through an input of a keyword and providing search results; a reservation module reserving use of a beauty service in real time between the user and a beauty service company through the mobile UI; and a payment module performing an electronic payment for the reserved beauty service.
