Provided are a nervous system mimic integrated circuit and a manufacturing method. According to the present invention, the nervous system mimic integrated circuit forms at least one synapse element array copying a brain nervous system (central nervous system) requiring high integration on the same substrate on a lower part thereof and forms a neuron circuit of a peripheral nervous system consisting of a sensory neuron and a motor neuron connected to the brain system on an upper part thereof.
