TLR2 A novel TLR2 target peptide and the isolation method of the same

The present invention relates to a novel porcine TLR2 target peptide and an identification method thereof, and more particularly to NAGHLSQ target peptide binding to TLR2 with high affinity and an identification method thereof. The identification method includes the steps of: producing lentivirus; constructing a porcine TLR2 overexpressing cell line; acquiring a phage binding to porcine TLR2 by bio-panning; screening the peptide with a high frequency; and selecting the most frequent porcine TLR2 target peptide NAGHLSQ among the screened peptides.
