CpG Pipeline method for CpG island prediction and primer production

The present invention relates to a pipeline method for predicting a CPG island and producing a primer, which predicts all CpG islands on a genome, analyzes predicted sites to produce a primer sequence suitable for an experiment, and provides the results. The pipeline method includes the following steps: predicting a CpG island from a base sequence; removing duplicate results by grouping raw-data which is a result of predicting the CpG island; and designing a CpG Island primer from the obtained grouped CpG island. The pipeline method for predicting a CPG island and producing a primer is implemented so that all CpG islands on a genome are predicted, the primer sequence suitable for an experiment with respect to the predicted sites is designed, and a primer sequence program is provided as a standalone program processed by inputting an instruction. Thus, the method can be executed in any operating system installed therein with a practical extraction and report language (Perl), and even large files can be analyzed through the same.
