Manufacturing method of recycling composition that using sludge

In a method for manufacturing a recycled composition for recycling organic sludge generated in an industrial site or wastewater treatment process, it is possible to recycle the composition as a mixed fuel or a soil material of a landfill facility or cement. The composition is manufactured by the following steps of: providing coal fly ash and aerobic microorganisms; stirring the fly ash and aerobic microorganisms to manufacture bio-ash; mixing the organic sludge and the bio-ash; transferring the mixed mixture to an agitator to cause an exothermic reaction; and fermenting the mixture subjected to the exothermic reaction.
