The present invention relates to a naturally fermented vinegar composition containing bear woman garlic, fermented alcohol and vinegar starter, to a manufacturing method thereof and to a functional beverage comprising the same. The functional beverage has no bad smell and has good taste as a sulfur compound is not detected after natural fermentation of the bear woman garlic.
