The present invention relates to a method for producing functional garlic vinegar produced by using garlic as a main component and adding propolis, and to functional garlic vinegar produced by the method, and specifically, to a method for producing functional garlic vinegar to which propolis is added, and to functional garlic vinegar produced by the method, wherein the functional garlic vinegar can be produced by adding propolis, a natural antibiotic, which is excellent for anti-inflammation, antioxidant, and immunity enhancement, to garlic, which contains a large amount of allicin components having excellent antiseptic and antibacterial properties, and selenium components having excellent anticancer functions, thereby being used as a spice to store food or to flavor food with other spices.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
