A needle board for needle-punching a nonwoven fabric of the present invention comprises: a needle board (10) which is formed of a thin board and is provided with a plurality of insertion holes (11) uniformly formed in vertical and horizontal directions; needles (20) which are inserted into the insertion holes (11) of the needle board (10), and of which upper bent pieces (21) are vertically extended to be thinly formed in a downward direction; and a fixing means (30) which is provided to consistently fix the needles (20) when inserting the needles (20) into the insertion holes (11) of the needle board (10). Therefore, the needle board for needle-punching the nonwoven fabric of the present invention provides an effect of minimizing the weight deviation in a horizontal full width direction by preventing a plurality of needles from being deviated or separated from a position, where the needles capable of being detached from or attached to the nonwoven fabric are inserted on the needle board, in the process of performing a repetitive vertical punching operation by needle-punching the nonwoven fabric, thereby uniformly carrying out a nonwoven fabric bonding operation on the whole and reducing the defect rate. Further, the needle board for needle-punching the nonwoven fabric provides an effect of enabling costs and time generated in manufacture and production to be reduced since only needles to be replaced can be individually selected when problems of the needles such as wear, damages and the like are generated such that delay of the operation process is reduced.
