Provided are a food coated with powder of a grain fermentation enzyme and a production method therefor, to provide a variety of essential nutrients contained in rice bran, bran, yeast extract, soybean meal and isolated soybean protein powder which are bases for a starter to promote fermentation of grains and supplement beneficial ingredients, and enable a user to intake various kinds of physiologically active ingredients such as fermented products, digestive enzymes and the like produced by fermentation of Bacillus coagulans.
