The present invention relates to a reduction electrode material capable of producing hydrogen peroxide and regenerating iron ions, a method for manufacturing the same, and an electro-Fenton device using the same. The reduction electrode material according to the present invention is a carbon material having a nitrogen group and a carbonyl group, which is applied to a reduction electrode of the electro-Fenton device. The carbon material includes pyridinic-N and graphitic-N, and the pyridinic-N content and graphite-N content may be greater than the content of other nitrogen functional groups including pyrollic-N.
