According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a user terminal for generating healthcare information using spatial motion characteristics of balance exercise equipment, comprising: a display module; a communication module; a memory for storing an exercise information providing program; and a processor for executing the program. The processor performs synchronization with sensors provided in the balance exercise equipment through the communication module according to the execution of the program, generates exercise information based on the sensing value of the sensors and information on the sensing time, and transmits the exercise information to a server. The sensors include at least one of an acceleration sensor, an angular velocity sensor, a position sensor, and a weight sensor. The exercise information is measured by the sensors to measure the tilt characteristics of the balance exercise equipment in a three-dimensional space.
