The present invention relates to a composition for suppressing skin pigmentation containing a Rab5a inhibitor as an active ingredient, wherein the composition can inhibit the expression of tyrosinase, reduce migration and predation of melanosome, and thus can be usefully used for suppressing pigment formation.
