The present invention relates to a shrimp frozen food realizing the taste and flavor of salted grilled shrimp and to a manufacturing method thereof, and specifically, to a method for manufacturing shrimp frozen food, which comprises the following steps: washing the shrimp; removing the water from the washed shrimp and applying oil to the surface of the shrimp; treating the oil-applied shrimp with salt and pepper and storing the shrimp at the temperature of 4C for 30 minutes to 1 hour; and sealing the shrimp treated with the salt and pepper with a packaging material and freezing the shrimp. The shrimp frozen food manufactured by the method of the present invention uses the shrimp as food materials to provide consumers with abundant nutrients contained in the shrimp, and can realize excellent taste and flavor of the salted grilled shrimp with a simple recipe with a microwave oven, thereby satisfying various taste and preferences of consumers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
