The present invention relates to a method for producing sweet oat water and an oat food manufactured using the same. More specifically, the sweet oat water manufactured by boiling the oats, puffing the oats, pulverizing the oats, and fermenting the oats by adding a fermenting agent, and the oat beverage, oat porridge, and oat soup made by using the same have a good taste even without adding additives such as refined sugar, an emulsifier, and a taste adjustment agent. Therefore, the method according to the present invention can be usefully used for producing foods using oats.
