The present invention relates to a composition effective for inhibiting a formation of keloid and hypertrophic scar or treating the same by inhibiting keloid proliferation, neovascularization, cell migration and ECM production. To be specifically, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting the formation of keloid and hypertrophic scar or treating the same, which contains an expression inhibitor of CRIF1 (CR6 interacting factor 1) gene or an activity inhibitor of CRIF1 as an active component.
