In a coupling member which is mounted on a sleeve member forming a connection structure of a power cable, the present invention relates to a multiple stage break bolt, which differently forms a break height in accordance with coupling resistance of the multiple stage break bolt, does not allow the multiple stage break bolt to protrude outside the sleeve member, minimizes working time of a connection work of the power cable, minimizes a quality deviation of the connection work and minimizes costs of the connection work of the power cable, and a power cable connecting structure having the same.
