The present invention relates to a bittern removing apparatus of bay salt for removing bittern from at least one salt bag. The bittern removing apparatus of bay salt comprises a traction body on which at least one rope is wound with a hook for hanging the salt bag at a lower end thereof. A user places the salt bag on the hook, wherein the hook is located higher than a length of the salt bag. In the embodiment of the present invention, the bittern can be naturally removed in a relatively short period of time, and salt of good quality without loss of minerals can be obtained.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
