The present invention relates to a method to create a scenario of a racing game linked with a card game based on view of an observer, capable of removing limit in the number of participants, and providing an interesting and strategic game. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a first step of checking individual card information; a second step of creating and applying a racing scenario racing a first racing section to a racing game linked with a card game in real-time; a third step of checking common card information; a fourth step of creating and applying a racing scenario racing a second racing section to the racing game in real-time; a fifth step of checking common card information to be opened; a sixth step of creating and applying a racing scenario racing a third racing section to the racing game in real-time; a seventh step of checking hidden common card information; and an eighth step of creating and applying a racing scenario, which passes a final line after racing a final racing section by a final racing ranking, to the racing game in real-time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
