The present invention relates to a narrated fairy tale projector to recognize a color code, which is capable of providing the same content as a projected narrated fairy tale image in a narration sound. According to the present invention, the narrated fairy tale projector to recognize a color code comprises: a memory module which is a narrated fairy tale sound storage device; a sound module which outputs the narrated fairy tale sound; a switch and a chargeable power module which operates the projector; a light emitting diode (LED) module which emits a fairy tale image; a sensor module which recognizes a color code on a narrated fairy tale image panel; a first body into which the modules are inserted to be fixed; a second body which is coupled to the first body, is made of a transparent material, and has a hole and a mounting part at the center of an upper surface; and the narrated fairy tale image panel which is mounted on the mounting part and has the color code drawn thereon. An image of a fairy tale to be narrated is disposed on a surface of the narrated fairy tale image panel. The narrated fairy tale image panel having a shape is projected to the outside by light irradiated from a light source and the sensor module recognizes the color code of the narrated fairy tale image panel to provide a narrated sound synced with the image through the hole of the second body.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
