SNP Novle Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms Markers for Predicting Lifetime Production Ability Trait of Sow and Uses Thereof

The present invention relates to single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers for predicting lifetime production traits of sows and uses thereof. In the present invention, SNP derived from STAT2, MYF6 and TFCP2L1 genes provided as SNP markers has a high correlation with the lifetime production traits of sows, and thus the use of the SNP markers of the present invention makes early prediction of the total productivity of sows possible through genetic testing. Therefore, the present invention can be effectively utilized for selecting excellent sows and improving a species.
