The present invention is to provide a manufacturing method for black shiitake mushrooms. The manufacturing method for black shiitake mushrooms comprises: a step of firstly steaming shiitake mushrooms by steam for an hour, and firstly drying the steamed shiitake mushrooms at 65C for 8 hours by using a drier; a step of secondly steaming and secondly drying the dried shiitake mushrooms in the same conditions as the first steaming and drying conditions; a step of thirdly steaming the dried shiitake mushrooms by steam for an hour, and thirdly drying the steamed shiitake mushrooms naturally for 6 hours at a sunny place and a shady place at the rate of 7:3 respectively; a step of fourthly steaming the dried shiitake mushrooms by steam for an hour, and fourthly drying the steamed shiitake mushrooms naturally for 6 hours at a sunny place and a shady place at the rate of 5:5 respectively; and a step of steaming the dried shiitake mushrooms five times more up to ninthly and drying the steamed shiitake mushrooms five times more up to the ninth time in the same conditions as the fourth steaming and drying conditions. Therefore, the manufacturing method for black shiitake mushrooms can increase the content of various beneficial ingredients therein and can allow active ingredients capable of reinforcing immunity to be synthesized or generated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
