The present invention provides a mobile manufacturing device for asphalt concrete and a repairing method for a paved road using the same. The mobile manufacturing device for asphalt concrete rapidly repairs damage to a paved road by repairing a damaged part by filling the damage such as a port hole, plastic deformation, and a crack generated on the paved road with asphalt concrete manufactured in a site. So, the mobile manufacturing device for asphalt concrete does not cause traffic congestion and, also, provides excellent quality. The mobile manufacturing device for asphalt concrete comprises: an aggregate transfer member transferring aggregate discharged from an aggregate measuring unit from one end to the other end; a mixer in which the aggregate transferred by the aggregate transfer member is placed into the mixer; a burner installed on one side of the mixer and heating a material which is placed into the mixer; an emulsified asphalt measuring unit comprising an emulsified asphalt hopper storing emulsified asphalt and an emulsified asphalt measuring member measuring the weight of the emulsified aspha and a transfer pump in which one end of the transfer pump is connected to the emulsified asphalt measuring member and the other end is connected to the mixer.
