Cosmetic composition for ameliorating chloasma

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for ameliorating chloasma. More specifically, the present invention provides a cosmetic composition for ameliorating chloasma, comprising tranexamic acid and plant resources from Jirisan region of Namwon in South Korea, including a fermented extract of Matricaria chamomilla flower, Perilla frutescens, Chrysanthemum indicum and Nelumbo nucifera as active ingredients in order to ameliorate chloasma caused by skin pigmentation. The cosmetic composition shows better effects than a conventional cosmetic composition for ameliorating chloasma using only tranexamic acid as an active ingredient.
