The present invention relates to an apparatus for easily fixating both ends of a tension bar placed inside a pre-tension-type concrete structure on an end tension plate and a root tension plate. More specifically, the present invention relates to an apparatus for easily fixating a tension bar of a concrete structure on a tension plate, comprising: a tension plate which has a plurality of penetrating holes, into which the tension plate is inserted, in a radial form; and a wedge which is engaged to wrap around an external surface of the tension plate inserted into the penetrating holes. On an end of the tension plate inserted into the penetrating holes formed is a stopper which has an external diameter which equals or is smaller than an internal diameter of the penetrating holes. An upper surface of the wedge comes in contact with a lower surface of the stopper, but is engaged with the penetrating holes by a suitable shape to fixate the tension bar on the tension plate.
