The present invention relates to a microsatellite marker for identifying Martes flavigula and a method of identifying Martes flavigula using the same and, more specifically, to a method of identifying Martes flavigula, comprising a step of performing amplification using multiplex PCR using a microsatellite marker selected to effectively identify Martes flavigula and a primer specific thereto. The marker for identifying Martes flavigula and the method of identifying Martes flavigula using the same according to the present invention may enable more rapid and effective identification of Martes flavigula, and may further provide scientific and objective habitat survey results through DNA analysis by enabling pedigree classification.
