The present invention discloses a beverage using leaves, stems, root barks and fruits of Morus alba. Specifically, the present invention discloses a beverage having excellent palatability by comprising 15 to 30 wt% of a hydrothermal extract of a pulverized mixture of leaves and stems of Morus alba; 4.5 to 12 wt% of a hydrothermal extract of pulverized root barks of Morus alba; and 2.5 to 10 wt% of compressed liquid obtained by hydrating fruits of Morus alba.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
