The present invention relates to a cabbage salting device composed of a belt conveyor conveying cabbages and a spraying pipe having a spray nozzle for spraying salt water onto the belt conveyor. According to the salting device for producing salted cabbages, half-cut cabbages are put on the belt of the belt conveyor wherein the cabbages are disposed in an inclined manner so that cabbage leaves face upward, the stem portions face downward, and the cut surfaces of the cabbages face the spray nozzle using an inclination maintaining unit. The present invention has a structure that enables automation without depending on the manual works of a worker when salting cabbages. To this end, the salt water is sprayed by a spraying device. In addition, the present invention forms a cabbage supporting plate having a predetermined angle with the belt of the belt conveyor conveying cabbages to allow the salt water sprayed from the spraying nozzle to be sprayed obliquely toward the cutting surfaces of the cabbages, i.e., to allow the salt water to be sprayed between the cabbage leaves with fast and strong pressure so that the salt water can be sprayed evenly deep inside the cabbages.
