The present invention relates to a pickled Chinese cabbage manufacturing device capable of transferring a Chinese cabbage, which is provided on a belt conveyor by a Chinese cabbage inputting device, by using the belt conveyor, and manufacturing a pickled Chinese cabbage by using a primary pickling device, a brine spraying device, a cooling device, and a disinfecting device which are continuously arranged in an upper part of the belt conveyor during a process of transferring the Chinese cabbage by the belt conveyor. The present invention is provided to allow the Chinese cabbage required for manufacturing the pickled Chinese cabbage to be performed in a Chinese cabbage pickling process by a series of processes using the primary pickling device, the brine spraying device, the cooling device, and the disinfecting device, thereby improving a pickling effect of the Chinese cabbage, maximizing pickling speed, and supplying a hygienic pickled Chinese cabbage to a consumer.
