The present invention relates to a radioactive nuclide reaction testing device capable of confirming what kind of mutual reaction in a situation of simultaneously exposing a construction material of an atomic energy facility in a reacting solution such as groundwater or the like, and nuclide after deterioration of the construction material of the atomic energy facility in a high-temperature state. The radioactive nuclide reaction testing device comprises an internal chamber storing a sample, and an external chamber provided on the outside of the internal chamber. The external chamber includes: a first external chamber which heats the sample at a high-temperature for a predetermined time while having a background reaction solution injected therein; and a second external chamber which makes the high-temperature heated sample respond to a nuclide solution and the background reaction solution.
