The present invention provides a novel manufacturing method capable of simplifying a manufacturing process through an anion exchange reaction using a halogen salt at a lead halogenide perovskite quantum dot. To this end, according to the present invention, a CsPbX′_3 (X′ = Cl, Br, or I) perovskite quantum dot with a different light emitting character can be manufactured by replacing a halogen element (X) with other halogen elements (X′) at a CsPbX_3 (X = Cl, Br, or I) perovskite quantum dot with a halogen salt through: a step (i) of dispersing a first perovskite quantum dot with a CsPbX_3 composition (X is one selected from a group consisting of Cl, Br, and I) in a first solvent to manufacture a first solution; a step (ii) of dispersing one or more salts selected from a second group consisting of NaX′, ZnX′, and CsX′ (X′ is one differently selected from the first group) to manufacture a second solution; and a step (iii) of mixing and reacting the first and second solutions to replace X with X′ to compose the CsPbX′_3 second perovskite quantum dot with a different light emitting character from that of the first perovskite quantum dot.
