摘要

The present invention relates to a metal-organic complex which is modified for excellent performance on eliminating toxic industrial gases, chemical agents, and radioactive substances based on a metal-organic framework (MOF) of a porous material. According to the present invention, the metal-organic complex is formed by using a metal-organic framework as a platform, the metal-organic framework being provided with a first metal cluster as a metallocenter, the first metal cluster containing a site where a first metal ion, which is tetravalent, is coordinated with hydroxy groups, thereby providing a nucleophilic organic amine adsorption site; and adsorbing a nucleophilic organic amine, which includes one or more nitrogen atoms, on a nucleophilic organic amine adsorption site of a second metal cluster, exposed to pores of the metal-organic framework, wherein the second metal cluster is formed by causing cluster metalation using a second metal ion through the pores of the metal-organic framework and adding the second metal ion thereto through adsorption or reaction with the hydroxy groups of the first metal cluster positioned in the pores.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
