The present invention relates to an LNG bunkering station module for a small ship, comprising: a casing forming an appearance of the LNG bunkering station module for a small ship; an LNG supply line supplying LNG, supplied from the outside, to an LNG fuel tank arranged in the ship; a first cryogenic valve installed on the LNG supply line to adjust the flow rate of the LNG; an LNG evaporation gas collecting line discharging LNG evaporation gas generated from the LNG fuel tank to the outside; a second cryogenic valve installed on the LNG evaporation gas collecting line to adjust the flow rate of the collected evaporation gas; and a nitrogen purge line injecting a nitrogen gas into the LNG supply line or the LNG evaporation gas collecting line and purging the nitrogen gas, wherein the first cryogenic valve is a first double block and bleed valve composed of a first shutoff valve, a second shutoff valve, and a first bleed valve, the second cryogenic valve is a second double block and bleed valve composed of a third shutoff valve, a fourth shutoff valve, and a second bleed valve, and the first bleed valve of the first double block and bleed valve is connected to an LNG drain pipeline.
