The present invention relates to seasoned oil containing Schisandra chinensis seed oil and a method for manufacturing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to seasoned oil containing Schisandra chinensis seed oil, which is manufactured by removing flesh from Schisandra chinensis, separating seeds, drying, squeezing separated seeds, and then adding squeezed Schisandra chinensis oil into cooking oil, thereby having an antioxidant function and having an improved acidification prevention function. Seasoned oil containing Schizandra chinensis seed oil manufactured by the method of the present invention has an acid value similar to that of general cooking oil and has a low content of benzopyrene, thereby having same preservability and storability as general cooking oil, and also being able to be stored for a long time since acidification is inhibitied due to unique antioxidant activity of Schisandra chinensis seed oil.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
