The present invention relates to a method for preparing a home-made tofu added with a function of a sprout ginseng, capable of excellently harmonizing advantages of a soybean and food properties of a sprout ginseng with a home-made tofu. The method of the present invention comprises a step of washing a two-year old sprout ginseng with cold water, and inputting the same into an upper part of a home-made tofu during packaging.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
